Then build a vibrant, fulfilling life around that.
Design Their Lives
Most people spend years building a life that looks acceptable externally, while internally feeling disconnected, flat, or uncertain about who they really are.
Not because they’re lazy or incapable.
But because they were never taught how to truly understand themselves in the first place.
So they follow the conventional path:
Education > Career > Success & Security
And somewhere along the way, they lose connection with their own energy, values, and sense of direction.
This creates two possible futures:
Because time keeps moving either way. (Either way, time will keep moving)
And few things weigh heavier than looking back and wondering what might have happened if you’d had the courage to be yourself—which is a regret that is commonly cited as the number one regret of people at the end of their lives.
The good news is that even though clarity, purpose, and alignment are not things you're simply born with, they can be discovered.
And that’s exactly what this work is designed to help you do.
Sound Familiar?
All of That
Just the Truth.
This work requires honesty.
Not just honesty about what you want from life, but honesty about the choices, behaviours, and patterns that may be keeping you from it.
My approach is direct, challenging, and deeply personal.
I ask difficult questions. I challenge assumptions. I hold up a mirror when needed. And I help you stay accountable to the commitments you make to yourself.
Because clarity rarely comes from comfort.
It comes from having the courage to face what’s true and act on it.
And while that isn’t always easy, I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.
Growing up, I was a very happy child.
I remember eating fruity ice popsicles in the sun. Life felt colourful.
But around the time I started school, that changed.
School felt boring, rigid, and unfulfilling to me.
At the same time, my family’s financial situation collapsed, and so life became sad and empty. I didn’t do any sports or hobbies, for years, I mostly sat in front of the TV and ate cheap food, disconnected from the world around me.
The colour disappeared from my life for a long time.
But something very important came out of those years.
I became deeply reflective, even as a child.
And because of my own lack of fulfilment, I started thinking about other people who felt lost or trapped in lives that didn’t truly fulfil them — people simply living the lives they were told to live.
And through this, I began to feel a deep calling to help others.
But as a child, I had no idea what that would look like.
I would sometimes have strong visions of myself speaking in front of large audiences. But I didn’t understand them at the time. I was just a child. I had no idea what they meant, or how that could possibly help anyone.
As I got older, I searched everywhere for answers.
I travelled the world and explored many different things — music, art, acting, diving, entrepreneurship.
Eventually, I built a successful upmarket events company that I ran for 14 years.
But despite the experiences and achievements, I still didn’t understand how I was actually going to help people.
Then one day, I discovered public speaking.
And suddenly, those visions I had as a child finally made sense.
For the first time, after decades of searching, I had real clarity on how I was going to help people.
And yes, in hindsight, it was always there.
While I had planned a gradual transition out of my 25 year career in hospitality, COVID accelerated everything overnight.
Alongside challenges like bankruptcy and having to completely rebuild my life from the ground up, it ultimately pushed me fully towards my work.
Since 2020, I’ve dedicated myself full-time to my mission: to empower people to discover their identity and transition into an authentic, vibrant and fulfilling life.
The point is this:
This is the work I was born to do.
At my core, I am a transformational speaker, but I also work one-on-one with people who are ready to do the deep inner work.
Who is this for? +
Many have followed the conventional path—education, career, success, security—yet still feel something is missing.
If you’ve ever found yourself wondering what you’re truly here to do and the impact you’re meant to make, this work is for you.
What exactly will we do together? +
This is not about motivation, positive thinking, or surface-level goal setting.
The work focuses on helping you:
- Gain clarity about who you are at your core
- Identify your values and what truly drives you
- Challenge inherited beliefs and expectations
- Make decisions with greater confidence
- Build a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned
Do I need to know what I want before starting? +
In fact, many people begin this process because they no longer know what they want. They’ve spent years following expectations, responsibilities, and obligations, often losing touch with themselves along the way.
You don’t need clarity before you begin. The process is designed to help you find it.
Will this help me figure out what I want to do with my life or career? +
By the end of our 3 months together, you’ll have a much clearer sense of who you are, what truly matters to you, and the kind of life, work, and contribution that feels meaningful to you.
You may not have every detail of your future mapped out, but you’ll leave with greater clarity, a stronger sense of purpose, practical next steps, and a 12-month roadmap to guide your journey.
There is one important condition: you have to do the work.
If you show up fully, complete the exercises, and take action on what we uncover together, I’m confident this process can be genuinely life-changing.
Will you tell me what my purpose is? +
Nobody can tell you what your purpose is.
My role is to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and help you uncover the answers for yourself.
The insights must ultimately come from you—that’s what makes them meaningful and lasting.
How is coaching different to therapy? +
Therapy often focuses on mental health, emotional wellbeing, and helping people work through challenges that may be affecting their quality of life.
Coaching is focused more on self-awareness, clarity, personal growth, and creating meaningful change moving forward.
We may explore aspects of your past to better understand important patterns and experiences, but the primary focus is on helping you better understand yourself, gain clarity about your future, and take purposeful action.
If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, therapy may be more appropriate.
What results can I expect? +
However, if you fully engage in the process, you can expect to leave with:
- Greater clarity around your values, strengths, and what truly matters to you
- A stronger sense of purpose and direction
- Increased confidence in your decisions and future path
- A clearer understanding of the kind of work, contribution, or impact that feels meaningful to you
- Greater alignment between who you are and how you live
- Practical next steps for creating a more fulfilling future
My goal is for you to leave with a far stronger sense of who you are, where you’re heading, and how to begin moving towards a life that feels more meaningful, purposeful and authentic.
Do I need to make major life changes? +
Some people change careers, start businesses, or make major life decisions. Others make smaller shifts that improve how they live and work.
It all depends on where you are now and where you want to go.
What if I’m not sure this is right for me? +
We’ll discuss where you are, what you’re struggling with, and what you’re hoping to create. If I believe I can help, I’ll explain how. If I don’t think it’s the right fit, I’ll tell you honestly.
There’s no pressure and no obligation to move forward.
